Final Paper Submission

Formatting Final (Camera-Ready) Papers

Authors MUST submit final (camera-ready) copy of their papers by Nov. 7, 2008 in WORD format.
Please format your paper using the guidelines given in the sample paper. Some points are extracted below.
 

• All papers must be in English

• All papers must be formatted single-space and single-column

• All (left, right, top, and bottom) margins are 1 inche

• Use 12 points Times New Roman for all parts except for the paper title and figure/table captions.

• Name your files using your paper no. (e.g. 1234.doc, copyright_1234.pdf, and 1234.zip for paper no. 1234)

• Final papers MUST NOT exceed 4 pages. Do not reduce it, e.g., by changing the margins or font size

• Double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size paper

• Do not number pages or use footnotes.

• Please print your paper and proof read it to ensure that all of the formatting has come out correctly.
