Exhibition Space Rental

  
   

Exhibit space rental includes materials and services described herein.
 

Location : Hall 7B, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, Hong Kong.

Booth size : 3 meters by 3 meters


Booth price:

  • HK$22,000 (Single booth)

  • HK$40,000 (Double booth)

  • Special price at HK$20,000 (Single booth) and HK$38,000 (Double booth) if payment received with deposit before 1 October 2008.

Booths include:

  • 3 sided white wall partitions

  • Fascia board octanorm system mounted with PVC sticker background and company name in English in PVC cutout letterings at each open side

  • One white square table

  • Three chairs

  • One basket

  • Three 100W spotlight

  • One 13amp s/p socket (max. 500w)

  • Listing in the Advance Program and listing with profile in Final Program

Payment Requirements and Cancellation Charges

Applications require a 50% deposit before final booth assignment is confirmed in writing. The balance must be settled by 1 November 2008.
All applications received after 1 November 2008 must be accompanied by full payment.

All cancellations must be made in writing and will be based on the following schedule of refunds:
On or before 1 November 2008, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
After 1 November 2008, no Refund will be permitted.
"No show" exhibitors will receive no refund.

It is understood that APMC 2008 reserves the right, at its option, to reassign a cancelled booth regardless of the cancellation rate assessed.


Exhibit Booth Manning and Dismantling Schedule

A representative must man exhibit space during all times when Exhibition is officially open.

Exhibit space must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner throughout the Exhibition. Exhibitors may begin setting up only after 0800 Monday, 15 December 2008. Move-out must be completed by 2200 Friday, 19 December 2008. Exhibitors are responsible for removal of all materials used in their display.
